Called at once. They promised to send a return authorization number & label right away. Said they would immediately refund the extra amount. Ad stated "Do not return without authorization."Many phone calls later, each with assurances of sending return authorization & refund, it never occurred. BEWARE - this is a small time outfit with no scruples. Each time I call I receive the usual "all our operators are busy...etc." but the same person always answers & I always get the same supervisor. After several calls requesting the promised return authorization & shipping label, they refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor - "Not available." Their ad states "Buy direct from manufacturer!" BUT, the product is made in China and company (for return authorization) is in Carolina. Product is drop shipped drom Connecticut. These people appear to be a small operation selling this product for another... I returned if for a new one. After six months I received the new one, it did the same thing. I returned the entire Total trimmer for a refund six months ago. Still no refund. I love this product! It has made my life so much easier. The product performs as described and allows me to handle all of my lawn & garden maintenance on my own without needing assistance from my son, father or brother. I have since purchased another Total Trimmer for my parents. They love it as well. I also recommended it to a friend of mine who suffered a stroke early last year. He was frustrated that he could no longer maintain his own property and had to rely on his neighbor for help (he could not start his gas trimmer due to diminished use of his left arm). With his new Total Trimmer, he can now manage his entire yard on his own. I would definitely recommend this product! |
